2008 is coming to an end

An exciting year is coming to an end. It is happend more or less a lot. For me and for the world ... Obama has been elected President. It is sad that it is still something special that a coloured person is becoming president of the USA! It is sad because it should be unimportant if you are a woman or a man, you are black or you are white, you are from China or from Norway, you are Jewish or catholic. It should be all dispensable because we are humans, we are all humans and we should have the same rights. For my part, the year was mainly good. I became stronger, more creative and a year older, my hair grew longer and I discovered new languages and ways for me...

And I am on the Les Mads Review of the year .

beyoncé in gareth pugh. who would have thought?

Beyonce in Gareth Pugh. Who would have thought? Beyonces performance at the EMA’s 2008 with “If I where a boy” was great, I got goose-skin and normally I’m not a Beyonce fan. Also her body looked damn hot in Gareth’s creation although I’m more a skinny bitch lover. Just her bling bling earrings weren’t adapted okay and this ‘strange-old-superhero-dragon-whatever-knight’ glove was too much. Anyway really untypical for her ‘cause she’s the classic Pop-Diva not the “avant-garde” woman. But everybody changes his/her look in the run of his/her life.
'Her fashion evolution could be credited to her nemesis Rihanna who’s always had a stylish edge over her rival. It could also be down to Etta James. Beyonce plays Etta in the new movie Cadillac and it appears the character left an impression on her. Is it all a little too late? Often criticized for being boring and ostentatious can Beyonce ever be a style icon in your eyes? Or will she forever be an over-styled pop diva?
More from Beyonce in Garteh’s creations…

This book was for a long time in my bookshelf, and I haven't read it. Maybe I read it now. It sounds funny...

gareth pugh the real avant-gardist with an addiction to the dark site...

Gareth Pugh is a real avant-gardist. He knew the actual trends already 2007. His fall 2007 collection is one of my favourite. It is almost of all wearable (okay, I go a bit over the top). And now, there are all the trends from Gareth’s fall 2007 collection. Bat wings cuts, fringes, block stripe tights, shiny stuff, the dark site, sequins. And the master in person wore a nylon spandex tee in combination with black varnish shoes. He brought home the bacon.

Why do we think that crows be ravens?

May I introduce to you? That’s our Christmas tree. It’s a wispy one, big and tall. Actually, it is caught in a web, but this afternoon it will be stay in our living room, without web therefore with much glitter on it.

"You're boring baby when you're straight"

Scarf: Vintage
Jumper: Benetton Men
Short: Zara
Tights: H&M 2007
***
The most gifts are wrapped. The rest of the day is a lazy day for me, so I’m wearing a cozy home outfit.

Jamie "Hotel" Hince might have become tabloid fodder thanks to his relationship with Kate Moss, but the third album by The Kills, his band with American vocalist Alison "VV" Mosshart, does relatively little to tidy itself up for mainstream consumption. Midnight Boom is a typically lean set of makeshift punk-blues characterised by Hince's raw, Nick Zinner-style guitar, and Alison's bad-attitude drawl: see the opening "U.R.A Fever", a beat-up call-and-response number reminiscent of Royal Trux than sees Hince and Mosshart swapping sour quips over loping bass and drum machine thud, while "Cheap and Cheerful" sees Mosshart declaring "I want you to be crazy/'Cos you're boring baby when you're straight". The presence of producer Armani XXXchange of Baltimore hip-hop outfit Spank Rock means there's a greater emphasis here on rhythm, often of a synthetic nature: "Alphabet Pony" bumps along on robust, lo-fi drum kicks and bursts of primitive electronics, while "Black Balloon" is a slow-burner that toys with layered percussion built from hand claps, scrapers, and tapped snare. The Kills still have problems with a big, memorable chorus–-assuming, indeed, that was ever their intention--but Midnight Boom is all about grit and grooves, and it does that just fine. –Louis Pattison

I would love to write like Louis Pattison, okay, I can, I can do this in MY language, but in English I can’t. Sadly, because I would love to write you more interesting, poetical and funny stuff.

peter, bear, unicorn, raven, pony, lion, rabbit...follow me...

###
YES, as well, I'm at Bloglovin.

wish list...( it's quiet and dusty and you can make rabbit shadows on the walls.)

The Christmas stress spared me. But actually I should have some, because in 4 days is Christmas, I’m sick and I haven’t any presents. So I don’t think about presents for friends and family, I just think about my wish list, and it is huge, too huge for a poor little girl like me.

Dear Santa Claus, Dear Christ Child,
I wish me…
A Star-Gazer Globe
Happy and free birds
More magic on earth
All these clothes
A furry gigantic friend
An old grimoire
A Teddy
At last universal peace.
My must people create war?

one, two, three, four, five, six, nine, or ten

‘Cause I’m sick, I really don’t want to make pictures from me, so my dark cutie little flower is the model.

***
DIAMONDSDIAMONDSDIAMONDSDIAMONDSDIAMONDSDIAMONDSDIAMONDS

Wearing a big blue woolly jumper with an orca whale stitched on the front.
Standing on your window ledge, black knees, biting down on acid pops.
And your Mamma kept shouting for you to come down, come down, she said.
She said you do this all the time.
Yesterday it was the greenhouse, you ruined all the tomatoes.

How did it feel?
How did what feel?
Falling through glass.
Turned into diamonds.
Did it hurt very much?
Only a little.. my hands. I have lots of tiny cuts, they look like Soldier Ants marching home.
How did it feel?
Like flying.

hannah marshall

FW 2008/09 Hannah Marshall

I followed fashion for a while now, I came to reason that there just a handful of designers that absolutely impress me. There are many good designers, but there are not many they are outstanding. Just 5 until 15 they are really innovative for me. One of them is Hannah Marshall. I’m so in love with her creations. I would wear all from her collection.

If people would ask me 'Why do you like Hannah Marshalls creations?' I would answer 'So black so right!'

i'm not there, me neither!

I think this is one of the best movies ever, okay definitely one of my favourite movies.

fragile

Rabenschwarz
I was 15.

like owens

I have found this cool stuff on Les Mads. It’s very exclusive stuff, there are just 10 Exemplars. It’s a very good Lookalike to the “Original” from Rick Owens.
And the Price is also good, 150$.
What do you think? Should I order the cosy Black Mohair Coat Jacket, or should I make a bargain at the Zara Sale?

nude lips

What's the coolest colour for lips this season?

I’m unsure, I love nude lips, but a very intensive dark red is also stunning. Of course, black is adorable as well. So I think I should have all these three colours.

the little black

I wish I could have this black dress from Anna Aichinger.
I love black. Black dresses are my favourite piece of clothing.
3 good causes to wear black dresses…
1. It’s easy.
2. One and the same black dress can be casual or chic, maybe either at the same time.
3. The Little Black is classy as well. And there are so many different ways to interpret it.

ultra-violet

Yes, I’m totally sick. My last tooth, up left hurts. But the analgesic makes it better. I’m not a many words person, so I wish you guys a better day than mine.
Sorry for the sick artwork, but it reflect my feeling perfect.
